Jeanette Brown is Executive Director of the Stamford WPCA and an adjunct professor of environmental engineering at Manhattan College. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Connecticut and a Board Certified Environmental Engineer. She is responsible for the operation of a 24 MGD advanced wastewater treatment plant and the collection system which included 27 pumping stations and 300 miles of sanitary sewers. The waste to energy project research is being funded through EPA and Department of Energy. |
